Watch for an anthology from Silhouette Nocturne entitled AFTERSHOCKS with authors Sharon Sala and Janis Reams Hudson. The stories stem from some extreme physical trauma or near-death episode experienced by the heroines of each novella. The aftershock of their trauma leaves them with unexpected and unwelcome gifts of paranormal powers. An excerpt of my novella, Seeing Red, is posted here.

There will be three more books in my Presley, OK, fire investigator
series. The first two,
DARK EMBERS and FIRE PROOF, will likely be released in 2009. For the readers who have asked about Walker
McClain, FIRE PROOF is his book. The third book, FIRESTORM, will
probably be on the shelves in 2010.
** Back to Whirlwind, Texas **
The Baldwin brothers are finally getting their books! Right now,
it looks as though Russ's story will be out in 2009 and Matt's in 2010.
I have to juggle the writing of these between the Hot Zone books.
